Yale Dance Theater Presents: Reggie Wilson Choreography

by Reggie Wilson

Lecture Demonstration

On March 6, Yale Dance Theater will present two lecture demonstrations led by choreographer Reggie Wilson and performed by the dancers of YDT. The showings conclude Wilson's six and a half week residency, during which he is staging excerpts of his work dating from the late 1980s to his current project.
Reggie Wilson's residency is the first half of YDT's semester-long investigation into cutting-edge contemporary artists working today. The project focuses on two critically acclaimed choreographers, Reggie Wilson and Akram Khan, living on separate continents, both under age forty-five.
