Good People

“Don’t make the mistake of thinking you understand Margaret Walsh from the get-go, because she’s not an easy gal to get a fix on. Not at first, anyway.” – The New York Times

Margie Walsh is hanging by a thread. She’s living paycheck to paycheck in South Boston, and she’s about to lose her job. But when Mike, an ex-boyfriend turned successful doctor, pops back into her life, Margie sees an opportunity. Pushed to the brink, Margie must ask herself how far she’ll go to get what she needs. David Lindsay-Abaire’s Good People is a riveting and darkly funny exploration of the choices we make and the choices we never get.

Good People is a senior project in Theater Studies for Lilla Brody.
